FAQ
Do you shoot on-location as well as in studio?
Yes, I love finding unique areas and utilizing the great variety of landscapes we have local to us in beautiful California. I travel up to one hour away. Travel past one hour incurs a small fee.
Is the retainer fee separate from the collection price?
Yes, these are separate fees. The retainer fee is due upon booking and the collection price is due at the time the viewing and ordering appointment.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?
Half of your session fee is non-refundable but it may be transferable. If you give advanced notice I am more than happy to reschedule your a session for a more convenient date for both of us.
This does not apply to mini sessions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes I do! We can make arrangements for a payment plan when you choose your package. I also offer PayPal Pay in 4 when you purchase your package on directly from your gallery link.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, you are welcome to purchase your photos as high resolution digital images and choose your own printing company. However, I do suggest going through a professional photo lab. For your convenience, I highly recommend purchasing prints through one of my packages.
Where are you located?
I am based in Northern San Diego/ Oceanside. I am available for travel up to 2 hours away.
